Hands on Entrepreneurial Sales Executive for a Healthcare Company
zakipoint Health is seeking to attract a top-class sales person to help scale a growing company, selling to TPAs and Healthplans. We believe members lack price transparency, direction and an understanding of what it means for them at a personal level, which ultimately drives inefficient use of healthcare. Our mission is to bring meaning from healthcare data to help every American make appropriate decisions about the use of healthcare.
You will have an opportunity to scale our sales and enjoy the financial rewards through salary, healthy commission, equity and a leadership role to chalk out our growth plans.
You will take the early success we have had with Third Party Administrators, Healthplans, Benefit Consultants, and expand it with many more TPAs. You will challenge yourself to be creative about understanding urgent problems for our prospects, presenting a solution with support from our pre-sales and product team, and communicating the value of our digital front door experience and the population health and cost driver management platform to third party administrators. And scale to other segments in the future.
You will be working directly with our CEO, Account Management team and marketing team to convert sales qualified leads and referrals into sales opportunities, run sales processes, and close. You will be part of the core team and interact with our impressive advisory and board of directors and network to expand our sales.
What we are looking for:
- High acumen for enterprise sales motion
- Demonstrated record of enterprise sales success ($150K - $400K deal sizes), and achieving sales goals of $1M+ ARR per year with new logos.
- Ideally have experienced a company that has grown from $3M - $15M in ARR.
- Good at networking at conferences, events, or have a strong presence in webinars and LinkedIn and telling relevant stories
- 4+ years in sales selling to Third Party Administrators or Benefit Consultants or Healthplans.
- 7+ years total work experience and have Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Ideally based in South Central, Southeast, West, or Northwest but not a limitation
- Bachelor's degree required. Preference in a Business degree, health care, or degree in quantitative field.
- Quick learner, comfortable with numbers (we sell analytics), highly inquisitive

Responsibilities:
- Finding new opportunities for zakipoint Health and working with CEO, and customer facing team to close the deal.
- Sourcing pipeline via direct outreach (phone, email, LI sales navigator & events) based on our prospect database and your own research.
- Leverage Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) generated from marketing activities, and discovery meetings setup by our SDR to convert them into sales opportunities.
- In the future, assisting in setting company growth targets, sales execution plan, helping grow the sales team and build a scalable process.
- Adapting quickly to our fast-paced, dynamic organization and market landscape.

Market Research Analyst
Job location: Cambridge, MA
Job duration: Permanent position, Full time, Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week.

Job description:
- Develop actionable market insights regarding key trends/business metrics/product offerings in health care sector.
- Research market conditions; and measure brand performance by collating information on competitors/prices/sales.
- Conduct media buying to target niche segments; and track key performance metrics/traffic behaviors using Google Analytics.
- Create segmentation strategies to drive higher open; and click-through rates in email marketing.
- Conduct UI/UX testing to improve navigation. Strategize, write; and test content for website to increase sales using content management system.
Education and Experience required:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Management or Marketing or Advertising plus 2 years experience in job offered Analyst or Marketing.
- Prior work experience must include 2 years experience in UI/UX testing
